What do I need to Host a Vision Board Strategy Session & Party?

All you need to do is invite your guests and coordinate who will bring what food you may want and Chanelle will take care of the rest! Below is an in-depth breakdown of what you can expect as well as the investment options. 

Included for all parties:

  • Poster Boards and/or pre-fabric wrapped Reusable & Interactive Canvas Boards (you will have the option of choosing your fabric before the party)
  • All necessary supplies to create your Vision board
  • Journals to record your “Vision Activation Strategies”
  • Strategic ways to keep track of “Your Accomplished Goals” and “Additional Goals” & celebrate yourself along the journey

Step 1: Choose your date and time

Please call (914) 359-4248 or email (info@chanelleawatson.com) to see if the date and time you would like to have your “Host a Vision Board Strategy Session & Party” is available (parties usually last 2 to 3 hours). Chanelle will email you the canvas design options so: 1) you can choose your option as the host or hostess, and 2) you can send them to your guests so he or she can choose which design they’d like prior to the event date.

Upon scheduling, a deposit of $60 (your guarantee of at least 3 guests) is required to hold your date and time slot. This deposit will be factored into the total cost for all your guests upon paying the final balance.

Step 2: Invite your guests & coordinate your snacks

Invite your friends, family, co-workers, or anyone you believe has a Vision and wants to unlock it for this new decade! This is also a great time to coordinate snacks you would like to have at your party. This can be something you ask guests to bring or you supply on your own. 

Great snack options are anything not too messy (i.e. chips, finger sandwiches, wine, meatballs, cheese & crackers, fruit platters, vegetable platters, and/or salad)

Step 3: Choose the foundation: Poster Board or Canvas design 

Upon confirming your guests, ask them if they’d like the poster board or canvas option.  Then please email Chanelle the head count no later than 10 (ten) days prior to the scheduled Vision Board Strategy Session & Party date. At this time, you will be emailed an invoice with the remaining balance to pay.

Investment Options:

THE “VISION UP” EXPERIENCE  – $25

This investment option is geared specifically towards a poster board as the foundation to map out their vision.

THE “2022 VISION” EXPERIENCE – $45

This investment option is for the reusable & interactive Canvas Board. Your guest will have the option to choose their canvas fabric design prior to the event so on the party & workshop day they can get right to work mapping out their vision.

Rescheduling or Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel your “Host a Vision Board Strategy Session & Party” call (914) 359-4248 or email info@chanelleawatson.com, 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled party date. At this time, 50% of your deposit will be returned to you. 

If your party is rescheduled or cancelled after the 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled party, the deposit will not be returned.
