Good Evening & thank you for joining me on the journey of speaking positivity and inspiration into our lives! For those of you who may be new to the journey, the goal of the weekly affirmations are to: 1) help encourage us to maintain a positive mind set regardless of what life throws at us and 2) have a empowering declaration to keep our minds focused on throughout the week.
The emails will contain an affirmation for you to speak aloud, words of encouragement, as well as a scripture (s) from the Holy Bible that relate to the affirmation, and a Prayer that you are able to incorporate into your personal prayers (the prayer will relate to the affirmation as well as how the Holy Spirit leads me). Thank you again for joining this journey or continuing the journey with me! I pray that we all grow mentally and Spiritually along the way!

Take a moment to speak the affirmation aloud and meditate on it throughout the day and the remainder of this week.
So many times in our lives, we sell ourselves short because we may think that the goals we want to accomplish are not possible. There are multiple reasons why we may feel this way, maybe we don’t feel skilled enough, it’s hard for us to make time for our priorities among the constant demands from others, or our past mistakes may resurface when we begin to put in motion the steps that need to be taken in order to achieve our goal? Through all the adversity or limits we put on ourselves, we have to keep in mind that accomplishing our goals IS POSSIBLE.
Throughout this week, I encourage you and myself to remember that we can do anything and everything we put our minds to especially if Christ is in the forefront of our lives. We may face roadblocks, we may doubt what we are capable of, but it is POSSIBLE to accomplish whatever we set our minds to. It is POSSIBLE to start your business, it is POSSIBLE to continue to grow and maintain your business, it is POSSIBLE to go back to school, it is POSSIBLE to be consistent with eating healthy and exercise, it is POSSIBLE to publish a book, it is POSSIBLE to _________ (fill in the blank).
